Bauwerk is a property developer specialised in premium and exclusive accommodation and commercial properties at very good locations. These locations in Vienna and Graz can all tell their very own story. Bauwerk divides itself into two parts: bauwerkproject develops, builds and runs special properties for successful companies. bauwerkliving builds private condominiums that make peaceful living possible while letting you enjoy the excitement of an ever changing city.

The logos differ because of the additions "project" and "living" and the colours.

The imagery should show the quality of the location. It is not about the tangible presentation, but about how to give a feeling of how it would be to live or work in this place. Light and shadow, sharpness and blur are important elements of the picture language.
Website
The website should show the (future) tenant/client how attractive the projects and locations are and also provide them with important information.
